The Flat Surface Mount is ideal for attach the ContourHD or VholdR Wearable Camcorder to non-vented helmets and flat surfaces. The mount uses an all-weatherproof removable adhesive pad that adheres to any mountable surface. This mount is included standard with the ContourHD and sold as an accessory with the mount adhesive.

Big improvement from the old mount Review by MikeB
Rating What I like about this mount is that it's so versatile. I used it to mount the ContourHD on the side of my helmet. The smaller diameter allowed me to position it in a small flat area on the side of the mouth guard of my DH helmet, something I was not able to do with the old larger diameter mount.
I recommend picking up some extra adhesive pads if you are thinking of transferring your mount to different equipment. I'll be putting it on my ski helmet in November :-) (Posted on 09-07-15)
