The Mighty Ducks – The Home Video Version
Do you remember a while back when all of those hockey movies came out about the Mighty Ducks? The movies were so popular that Disney decided to create it’s very own hockey team in California and call them the ducks. After 3 Ducks videos came to the big screen, hockey videos sort of lost their steam. Maybe they were a one hit wonder, or maybe hockey players just needed the use of a helmet camera so they could make their own home video.
Today, many hockey players are actually capturing videos much like this highlight video. The footage allows players to learn new skills, improve on what they did wrong, and just enjoy watching themselves play the game. The best thing about this game footage is that it is easy to take. One of the players simply places a helmet camera on top of their helmet and the footage starts rolling. The footage of the game is up close because it is captured from the point of view of one of the players.
If your team wants to make their own hockey video, consider investing in a POV camera. It is a fun way to learn and enjoy technology together as a team!
