Excellent Camera Some Things to Be Aware of Review by Terry
Rating I have used the camera in a variety of situations, on a kayak, bike, stock car and small plane. Resolution is good but the exposure is really affected by the lighting angle. I have noticed an unusual purple light bar, perhaps from internal reflection inside the waterproof case. These cameras are really best for full daylight as resolution drops dramatically and grain is high in low-light. Still, good results when you need a camera where others can't go. Rating We bought the GoPro HD Camera in November 2009 and we are really enjoying it! We've use it in a various of activities here in Gaspesie, Quebec, Canada. We went backcountry skiing, ice climbing, snowmobiling, snowkiting, rafting, hangliding, kitesurfing, sailing, scuba diving, kayaking, canyoning (river and falls climbing), etc. It is soo easy to use and install. Beautifull action shots everytime!!!
However, we quickly had a problem with the black clip that closes the door of the waterproof case. It broke twice. The second time, it was in a waterfall... the camera got completely flooded... but... after a day of drying under the sun... the camera still works perfectly!!! (Posted on 10-07-30)

Rating I have several vehicles and this, of course, allows that I have sufficient mounts for each. If there were a negative aspect, it would only be that the separate purchase of one or more "quick release buckles" aren't available and the 'dog ear' catches on them are prone to breakage. Rating Don't be fooled - this suction cup will hold your GoPro camera through some serious stuff. I've used mine to hold the camera on a helmet. Put it on a solid clean surface and it holds. (Posted on 10-07-07)

Super fun through Vegas Review by Nazareno
Rating I got this camera on this 4th of July sale. Since I had a few bucks extra saved from the sale, I decided to bump the shipping up to 2day. I ordered on the 30th, it came in the 2nd. As soon as I got it I started Videotaping. Let me say, This thing is a fun little tool. I'm extremely happy with what this thing can do. This pack is so nice, I bought a chest mount. Rating I have used the camera on a kayak, bike, in an airplane and powerboat. It has operated without any problems in all these circumstances where it has got wet and bounced around a lot. The video quality is very good, just be careful with the angle of light as the wide view can result in lens flare. Overall, strongly recommended. (Posted on 10-06-30)

Locker Broken Review by Pedro
Rating I have used my camera for a while now and I'm very happy with it's performance. But I got disapointed with the housing on my last trip. I left my helmet on a 1,50 meter high wall and the wind went over it. The helmet fell down and the locker of the Quick-Release Housing broke in three pieces. I would never imagine that this could be so fragile. (Posted on 10-06-06)
