Ordering:

Q. How do I place my order on-line?
A. Shopping on-line is fast and easy, when you follow a few simple steps.

1) Find your items

Once you go to the home page, you will see our products displayed with images and comprehensive descriptions (to see description click on product image or title). A keyword search box is also located in the top left corner on every page of our store to assist you in your shopping experience.


2) Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

Once you've clicked on your selection you will see a button below the product that says "add to cart". Once you click on this button, you will be taken to the next screen, where you have the option to estimate your shipping costs. At this point you can click on "Continue Shopping", or "Proceed to Check-Out". Each time you add an item to your shopping cart, you will be able to view all the items in your cart. While you are shopping you can access your shopping cart anytime by clicking on the link titled "Shopping Cart" at the top right of any page.


3) Proceed to Checkout

Once all the items you want to buy are in your Shopping Cart, you can click on "Proceed to Checkout". Here is where you will enter your order information. Our Checkout process is fast and simple. You will receive a receipt of your purchase as an immediate confirmation of your order, by e-mail, for your records.You will be asked if you wish to Check Out as a 'guest' or sign up. You can choose either option. If you choose to sign-up with us you will be able to track the status of your purchase on-line. In addition you will receive relevant product information and updates and discount offers from time to time.

Q. How can I track my purchase?

A. Check out our Shipping FAQ's for more detailed information. For US and Canadian orders, tracking information may be sent with the shipping confirmation email, depending on the product. For international orders tracking information is not always offered depending on shipping method. If you have signed up with us you can view your order status simply by logging in with your username and password.

A. If you do not receive your order after 10 business days, or have any other concerns, please contact us and send us a message with the feedback form including your order number.
