Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs, based on item weight, the shipping methods selected and the ship to destination, are automatically calculated during the checkout (order) process.

For your convenience, you can generate a quick shipping quote before checking out. Simply add the desired products to your shopping cart, fill in Country, State, Zip in the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” box (located right below "Proceed to Checkout" button) and click "Get a Quote".

Shipping Methods:

We Ship Using Canada Post and UPS

We will ship using one of the methods selected by you at time of order.*


For Canadian destinations, choose from:
Canada Post Expedited (2-5 days), Canada Post Xpresspost (1-3 days), Canada Post Priority Courier (1-2 days), UPS Standard (2-6 days) or UPS Expedited (1-5 days).
For US destinations, choose from:
Canada Post Small Packet AIR (6-10 days), Canada Post XPresspost USA (3-5 days), UPS Standard (2-7 days), UPS World Wide Expedited (2 days), UPS World Wide Express (1 day).
For all other countries, choose from:

Canada Post Small Packet AIR (7-14 days), Canada Post XPresspost International (4-7 days), UPS World Wide Expedited (3+ days), UPS World Wide Express (2+ days).

For Canadian and International orders, customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees are your responsibility as we have no control over and can not predict how much these may be. Please note that brokerage fees are included with FedEx International Priority shipments.

* To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we reserve the right to select other shipping methods. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or you do not see a shipping method you would like to use.

Tracking Numbers:

Tracking and/or delivery confirmation numbers will be provided via e-mail if they are available for the shipping method selected.
Please note: USPS 1st class mail does not come with a tracking number. USPS Priority Mail includes delivery confirmation only.

Delivery Times:

Depending on the shipping method you have selected, average delivery times vary between 1-6 business days for most US and Canadian destinations and 3-10 business days for International shipments. Depending on the product ordered, we may need 24 to 48 hours to process your order for shipment. Please note that International shipments sent via USPS could take as long as 6-8 weeks due to customs delays and other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges:

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received.

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original condition with all original packing materials within 60 calendar days from shipment date for an exchange or full refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Please ensure you have contacted us for an RMA number prior to returning your item, or it may not be accepted.
A 10-25% restocking fee will be applied to products with missing or damaged original packaging or products not in original condition. 50% restocking fee will be applied to returns after the 60-Day period or without an RMA number.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping payment and assumes responsibility for the return package insurance.

Please enclose the following:

  • Original Invoice.
  • In case of a manufacturers defect - the details outlining the type of defect or the reason for your return.
  • If you would like to exchange, please note if you would like to exchange for the same item or a different one.
  • Your contact details including phone number and your e-mail address.
  • RMA Number
Customers shipping internationally must clearly indicate on the outside of the package, on the description of goods in the customs forms that it contains return goods. Iceberg Commerce will not accept return packages that have import duty or tax charges applied. Once the returned items are received in good order new ones will be sent out or a refund will be issued.
