Shipping FAQ

  1. Where is my order shipped from?
    We serve US customers from our Blaine, WA, USA location and Canadian customers from our Vancouver, BC office or our Toronto, ON location. All other customers are served from either location.

  2. When is my order shipped?
    Allow up to two days processing time, depending on the time and day of the week you placed your order. Orders placed outside regular business hours, will be processed the following business day.

  3. How long does it take?
    For most deliveries within North American, you should receive your order in approximately 2 to 7 business days from shipment date (for more remote areas, deliveries may take up to 10 days).

    For major International destinations, expect delivery within 3-10 business days. Please note that International shipments sent via USPS could take as long as 6-8 weeks due to customs delays and other unforeseen circumstances. If you have not received your order within the time frame specified above, please contact us, and we will resolve the matter promptly.

  4. How do I know my order has been shipped?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification e-mail within one to two days. If you do not receive your shipment e-mail within 3 business days, please feel to contact us (include order number) and we will advise you of shipment details.

  5. How much does it cost to ship?
    Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout (order) process. To preview shipping expenses before placing order, add your product(s) to cart. Here you will enter your zip/postal code into the box titled “Estimate Shipping And Tax" to generate a quick quote for shipping cost as well as the shipping methods available in your area.

  6. Who is the shipper carrier?
    Products are shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS or Canada Post. While we strive to ship using the method specified during your order, we reserve the right to change shipping methods to provide the most economical and efficient service based on the weight of your package and geographical location.

  7. Can I track my order?
    To provide efficient service, shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arriving at the regional hub nearest to you, or even once it has been delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.

  8. How long will it take to ship by 2nd Day Air?
    While taking processing time into consideration, packages shipped by 2nd Day Air will arrive within 2 complete days from the date the order is shipped. This means that if your package is sent out on a Monday, it will arrive by Wednesday.

  9. How long will it take to ship by Next Day Air?
    With infrequent exceptions due to external weather/shipping factors, if you place your order by 12:30 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time), it will be shipped the same day. If you place your order after this time, it will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:30 pm to Sundays, will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays before 12:30 pm will be shipped the same day, to arrive by Monday.

  10. Can I upgrade my shipping?
    Method of shipping will be specified when you place your order. If you realize you made a mistake, and would like to expedite your shipping, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to change the method of shipment, when possible.

  11. Can I change my 'ship to' address?
    If you have made a mistake in your ship to address, contact us immediately, and we will make the the appropriate changes to ensure your order is sent to the proper address.

  12. Do you ship abroad?
    Absolutely! Please get in touch with us if you have any special shipping guidelines.

  13. Any duties / brokerage fees?
    For all international orders shipped outside of Canada or USA, customs duties and brokerage fees are customer's responsibility as we have no control over and can not predict how much these amounts may be.
