Only works with quick charge cable Review by JB
Rating My only beef is that you cannot use a standard USB cable with this....only the green non-data cable they supply. This is not mentioned. Much confusion could be eliminated by stating this. All other AC-USB chargers do it, use USB data for charging....not this one. It will power any other device using a USB data cable, except their own camera. So, the only way to get a slow charge is through a computer. (Posted on 13-05-08)

Rating I have used the case many times in the pool, the river, the lake and the ocean and had great luck with this case. Easy to turn on with a push of the button on the back and the slide's magnetic device is easy to use to start recording. Great product. (Posted on 13-04-14)

Rating Will not work the record button.You must turn the camera on and the record before putting in the case.Then you must stop and remove to shut off recording etc when you stop.Then do it all again before moving on again.Repeat as needed when you stop for a break.May be water proof but haven't tested as yet. Rating First of all, I can't see why this plastic object should cost $29.99!
It is a handy mount for hooking the camera to my mountain bike.
I have had two of these and ... they have both broken with the brush of a leg. The design of the rotating wheel mount needs to be improved, so the rotating part doesn't pull out of the body. (Posted on 13-02-06)

Yes... Bad Audio but great store Review by Xray
Rating As ArborKing review, this cam has a real audio problem.
I've been using a Contour HD 1080P for 3 years now, and got excellent image quality out of it with clear sound.
Now, i got the Contour+2 in Dec 2012. The Contour image quality is better than ever, lot's of improve feature on it except the sound is terrible. Muffed audio exactly as stated in other review.
I sent it back to PointofView Cam for a replacement. They did an audio test on it and realize that the audio was the same as 3 other Contour+2 that they got out of the box.
That said, maybe some Contour+2 have clear sound, but not mine and none that could have been sent to me.

Rating Ordered my +2 just after Xmas, got it 2 days earlier than estimated. Playing around with driving videos - the GPS lock is very fast, video at 720p60 is outstanding. the map track with elevation and speed is pretty cool, I plan on using it for offroading so this will show the backwoods trails for the record.
